Coffee with a Cause is more than a cup of coffee — it's an investment in the next generation of workers.
In September 2025, Wylie Christian Care Center launched Coffee with a Cause, a partnership with the Adulting Well program at Wylie ISD. Through it, special-needs students learn real-world job skills by producing high-quality coffee — doing everything from grinding the beans to packing the finished bags. Along the way, they gain the hands-on experience that helps them find meaningful employment.
Building skills that last
Adulting Well is a community-based, work-based program dedicated to developing students' employability skills through real-world experience. By partnering with local businesses, it creates meaningful opportunities that prepare students for future employment. Coffee with a Cause is one of those partnerships in action — serving the students, the Care Center, and the broader Wylie community all at once.

Every Coffee with a Cause purchase is more than a transaction — the proceeds support these students and the ongoing work of the Care Center. We're looking for new business partners to sell our coffee or brew it in their own offices.
We also offer a Coffee Partner program. For an annual fee of just $1,000, your business receives monthly coffee to enjoy or share with customers, along with advertising at our locations, special events, and on social media. It's a wonderful way to showcase your company's commitment to the community — while enjoying some delicious coffee.
